It is incredibly fun to sail the Vecht and the Loosdrechtse lakes yourself. At our boutique hotel, you can rent a sloop that is very easy to sail.

history
Hotel Flora Batava has a rich history. The hotel is located at Buitenplaats de Vijverhof. In 1670, Agnes Block bought a farm on 14.5 hectares of land and established the estate de Vijverhof.
At the estate, Agnes had an orangery, orchards, ornamental and vegetable gardens, avenues, and several ponds created.
