An inspiring event requires more than just a beautiful venue. That is why we advise on the ideal room, the right layout and a schedule that energises rather than drains. It starts with looking at your objective and the dynamics of your group. Does everyone need to be able to see and speak to one another clearly? Will there be a lot of collaboration, or will people mainly be listening? Do you want an intimate setting or an open, inspiring space? We translate these wishes into a layout that encourages interaction whilst offering calm and clarity.

We ensure that your reception is well organised so that your event can start on time. Breaks are scheduled in consultation with you, and lunch fits seamlessly into the programme. Everything is prepared, coordinated and arranged in good time, so you don’t have to worry about practical matters.

We ensure that the technical equipment is ready before you start, that the room layout is correct, that coffee and catering are served on time, and that transitions run smoothly. We have thought of everything so that you are completely taken care of by us during the event.

TECHNOLOGY THAT CONNECTS

Hybrid meetings have become an integral part of modern life. That is why we provide support in the form of high-quality audiovisual equipment, including an advanced video conferencing camera.

The Meeting Owl is positioned centrally on the conference table and combines a 360-degree camera, microphone and speaker in a single ‘owl-shaped’ device, giving remote participants the feeling that they are physically present in the room.

CATERING AS AN EXPERIENCE

At Flora Batava, catering is a natural part of a professionally organised meeting. Throughout the day, homemade refreshments are available at all times: good coffee, a selection of teas with fresh orange and ginger, water, fresh fruit and biscuits.

Lunch consists of freshly made sandwiches, seasonal salads and homemade soup prepared with fresh ingredients. Naturally, we ensure that the group can dine together at Restaurant Bloei. In fine weather, your party can enjoy lunch on the terrace.

After the meeting, the day can continue with drinks at the villa or in the atmospheric tea house, an informal transition from business to relaxation.

Following this, we provide a high-quality dinner (Gault&Millau). The wines are carefully paired with the menu, and menus can be personalised on request to create a fitting and stylish experience.

A SPACE FOR PEACE AND INSPIRATION

Ook zijn er activiteiten mogelijk zoals: varen met een schipper, fietsen, yoga, powerwalk, schermen en haka. Even uitzoomen tussen de bomen voordat u weer inzoomt op de inhoud.

Inspiratie ontstaat vaak niet aan tafel, maar juist daarbuiten.
